The Water-Demon

A Series of Low Cost Wash Water Recovery System for

Mobile Pressure Washers, Contractors and Detailers

The Water-Demon provides a series of electrically operated wash water recovery systems designed specifically for the Mobile Pressure Washer or Detailing Market.  Available in several configurations to suit the individual needs of the mobile detailer, these systems have been designed to help eliminate EPA and local regulation hassles by providing the mobile pressure options regarding what to do with the wash water.

  • Pick up the water for later discharge
  • Pick up and filter the water for later discharge
  • Pick up and filter the water for reuse

Several models are available depending on how the mobile detailer operates including:

  • Model WD-I Simple Surface Pick-Up Device
  • Model WD-II Surface Pick-Up, Dual Cartridge Filtration
  • Model WD-III Surface Pick-Up, Dual Filtration, Storage Tank, Discharge Pump

Design Features:

  • Water Activated Surface Pick-Up Pump requires no Floats or other complicated starting devices

  • Models WD- III and WD-VI provided with Holding Tanks and Float Activated Discharge Pumps

AFFORDABLE DESIGN:

The Water-Demon series of water recovery and filtration systems have been designed to provide an affordable Liquid Recovery and/or Filtration System designed specifically for MOBILE or PORTABLE wash water recovery applications.  These systems have been engineered to be easy to understand, easy to operate, easy to apply to many applications and easy to maintain.

MOBILE, PORTABLE or STATIONARY USE:

Mobile, portable and stationary wash operators are frequently coming under the scrutiny of regulating agencies charged with protecting the Environment.  Mobile, and portable wash operators must now pick-up and either discharge the wash water properly to sanitary sewer, or they must recycle the wash water created.  In either case they must prevent run-off into the storm sewer to avoid polluting the water table or local water ways and comply with the Clean Water Act.  Additionally, stationary wash operators are being forced to completely recycle or clean up discharge water to the sanitary sewer system in order to comply with increasingly stricter effluent discharge restrictions.

 FEATURES

 The Water-Demon is a truly unique and affordable system.   Wash Water and Filtration Technologies included and shown above include:  

  • Electrically operated Surface Water Pick-Up Pump (water activated)
  • 20, 10, 5 OR 1 Micron Disposable Cartridge Filters are available on all models
  • Large, Heavy Duty, Poly Process Tank
  • Float Activated Discharge Pump Provided pumps to larger tank or to sewer (except Model WD-I)
  • Manual Discharge Valve Provided (except Model WD-I)
  • System can be used to recover almost any non-volatile liquid

Economical Solutions to Everyday Problems:

The Common Sense approach of collecting wash water with a pump is not new, but new technologies allowing the system to pump the wash water through advanced filtration technologies is.  The Water-Demon wash water recovery system offers an economical solution for most mobile and stationary wash water recovery and filtration problems.  The Water-Demon can be used as part of a filtration system to partially treat water to meet sanitary sewer requirements or it may be used as part of a wash water filtration system for reuse with High Pressure Washers or in other applications.
