Terms and Conditions of Sale

Our terms and conditions of sale are simple and are the same as the equipment manufacturers.

1) Sales are cash, check or credit card

2) 50% down payment is required with order, 50% payable prior to shipment.  Manufacturing time schedule commences upon receipt of down payment.

3) Freight is charged at actual cost and added to final invoice or shipped collect or third party billing.

4) Leasing is available through independent leasing companies familiar with our equipment or you can arrange your own leasing

5) Returns are limited to equipment which has not been used and is subject to a 50% inspection and restocking charge.  Returned items must be in un-used condition showing no signs of mounting and/or installation or use.  Return of used equipment will be rejected.  Any parts item that is ordered incorrectly may be returned, so long as they are standard parts normally sold by us and not special ordered items.  Items ordered and not returned within 30 days from the original shipment date or special order items not in our catalog are not returnable.  Credit will be issued upon return, evaluation and inspection of all items.  Damage of new equipment may be repaired and the cost of repairs deducted from the final amount due the customer at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.  Freight on returned goods is the responsibility of the customer.

6) Delivery Freight Charges, Installation, Site Preparation (if required) are not normally included unless specifically quoted and included in pricing.

7) Taxes are not included in out of state orders or orders for resale with a valid Resale Card on file at our location.

8) Allow (3-6) weeks for delivery. 

9) Discounts for Authorized Distributors & OEMs only.
