Hazardous Spill Clean-Up System

To meet the demanding challenges of Commercial Cleaning, Mobile Wash and Water Recovery Systems have been elevated to a new state of the art with the addition of a complete air operated wash water recovery and reconditioning system.

The system also serves a dual role in that it functions as transportable on site Hazardous Spill Clean-Up System designed to clean up chemical spills, wash the affected area and haul off the waste for proper disposal.

The system is designed for use by Commercial Cleaning Companies, City, County, State or Military Agencies, Fire Departments, Environmental Response Teams or any other entity involved in cleaning or hazardous spill clean-up.

These mobile systems can be furnished as complete Trailer Packages or Truck Packages.  Features include:

  • The LITTLE SUCKER liquid recovery system
    • Unique Surface Pick-Up Device sucks liquid down to within 1/8" of the surface
    • Pit Pick-Up Device sucks liquid out of a pit or hole
    • Floating Pick-Up Device sucks surface oils, fuels, etc., off the surface of water
    • Acts as an Oil/Water Separator
    • Operates off air pressure at up to 6,000 GPD
      • Eliminates Shock Hazard
      • Intrinsically safe operation
  • Hot or Cold Water Pressure Washer can be provided
    • Comes with 100' 3/8" high pressure hose and manual swivel type hose reel
  • Cleaned Fresh Water Holding Tank used for pressure washer water supply.  Tanks sized for requirements of application.
  • Liquid Recovery Tank(s)
    • Holds liquid after initial filtration process
    • Can be sized to fit requirements of application
  • Provided with Air Compressor, Tool and Accessories storage compartment
  • Systems can be provided
    • on a heavy duty, dual axel trailer with protective surge brakes
    • or can be furnished on a Skid for mounting to the bead of a truck

Trailer Packages can be customized for almost any application.

Truck Packages can be provided in almost any configuration…even to discharge collected contaminants into tanks pulled behind on a separate trailer.
