Model AGC-BS-RPS* Small Foot Print Clarifier System and Reclaim Module*An ECONOMICAL ABOVE GROUND CLARIFIER RECLAIM SYSTEM Designed to SIMPLIFY EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION COST This system combines a Model AGC-BS-240 Above Ground Clarifier System with a highly efficient Model AGC-BS-RPS, 10 Micron Filtration and Repressurization Module to provide a cost efficient wash water recovery system for pressure washers and hose washes. The complete system is a made up of two small and compact modules that when combined together create a unique clarifier/reclaim system designed to save space and save installation time. The Clarifier Module (AGC-BS) is the first stage of the system and includes a minimum of (3) separate small foot-print flat bottom poly tanks mounted on a corrosion-resistant aluminum stand. Each tank is plumbed to maximize the flow path and dwell time. Each tank is plumbed on the bottom with either manual valves or optional automatic valves to enable purging sediment from the bottom of the tanks. As water flows through the tanks sediment will drop out and oil will tend to float on the surface where it can be skimmed off through oil skim valves or adsorbed into floating oil pillows. The system is designed with oil coalescers provided in the first two stages to maximize oil/water separation which causes oil to float to the surface. The cleanest water is the last tank will be used by the next stage of the filtration process to create re-usable wash water for both pressure washers and hose washes Oil bleed valves are provided with each stage to allow removal of free floating oil which has worked its way to the top of each tank. The Filtration and Repressurization Module (RPS Stand) is a completely separate unit. Taking the "clarified" water from the last and cleanest tank of the Clarifier module the self priming pump on the RPS Stand pumps the water through a heavy duty 10 micron cyclone separator. The sediment which is centrifugally cleaned from the water exits the bottom of the cyclone and returns to the pit, and the cleaned water exits the top of the cyclone. At this point the water flow is split in two directions. The first direction returns about 1/2 of the water flow through a mazzei injector where Ozone is introduced and the water is returned to the first tank in the clarifier module. The second direction runs the filtered water through a set of heavy polish duty filters where it is further filtered and out to the wash on demand.
