The Air Operated LITTLE SUCKER is a Machine Tool Coolant Reconditioning System. Key Benefits
The LITTLE SUCKER is a truly unique system. By simply changing the fluid pick-up device, the system can be configured to fit almost any coolant sump. The following Pick-Up Devices are available with the Coolant Reconditioning System
The LITTLE SUCKER provides an effective means to cost effectively recondition your coolant. Recycling and reconditioning your coolant greatly deduces your coolant cost and disposal responsibilities, while offering many benefits to your machine tool and shop environment. OIL-PAK Filter Option: As an optional polishing filter, for removal of tramp oils from machining fluids, Western Water Products utilizes MYCELX brand Polish Filters. MYCELX manufactures a variety of patented surfactant technologies and can be provided for oil spill clean-up and oil remediation. Filter Cartridges are available as part of a complete coolant reconditioning system package for Single Pass Hydrocarbon Removal. MYCELX is a patented polymeric surfactant technology that is used to infuse all MYCELX Technologies products. The MYCELX instantly bonds to hydrocarbons, etc., to make them hydrophobic and viscoelastic thus removing them permanently from the water/coolant stream. The single pass efficiency through a MYCELX filter cartridge is typically 99.9% with almost no (@0.5 psi) pressure drop across the filter all the way to saturation. For more information regarding this option, consult Western Water Products for recommendations including MYCELX solutions.
